How To Serve A Subpoena or Lawsuit Papers To Amazon's Registered Agent

After we have your instructions and documents, we will email you an invoice for payment.  Prepayment is required for service of process on CSC Lawyers.

We will print your documents and enter your case information into our process server software.  The software will automatically notify you via email when the documents have been served.

After your documents are served, I will email you a signed proof of service and mail you the original to file with the court.

  • Provide the name of the person that referred you. Our referral program gives them $50 off their next serve to CSC Lawyers in Sacramento, CA.
  • Choose the state for service of process on CSC Lawyers.
    Routine service 2-3 days. CSC Sacramento office closes at 4pm pacific time. We need documents, instructions and payment by 12pm to serve the same day.
  • Please provide the total number of pages of your documents. The price includes 20 pages. Each page over 20 costs $0.20 per page.
  • Do you need a notarized signature on your proof of service? The price is $50 for notarized proof of service.
  • Provide the name of the entity being served at CSC Lawyers Sacramento. Example: Wells Fargo
  • List each document being served. The items listed here will be used to complete the proof of service form. Example: Summons, Complaint, Civil Case Cover Sheet.
  • Provide your address to receive the proof of service form. You will receive a copy via email and the original will be mailed to file with the court.
  • Please provide the client/attorney heading that is used on the proof of service form: Example: James Doe (SBN 12332) 2710 Gateway Oaks Drive Ste 150N Sacramento, CA 95833 Write n/a if your proof of service form doesn't need this information.
